1. ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Payment is successfully debited but the transaction fails or remains incomplete
  • Digital gold units are not credited to the user’s account due to a technical error
  • Duplicate payment is made for the same transaction
  • Transaction is reversed or declined by the payment service provider after debit

2. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Successful digital gold SIP, buy, or sell transactions where gold units are credited
  • Completed marketplace (user-to-user) buy or sell transactions
  • User-initiated cancellations after successful transaction completion
  • Losses due to gold price fluctuations
  • Incorrect decisions made by users based on market conditions

3. MARKETPLACE TRANSACTIONS

For peer-to-peer marketplace transactions:

  • ExGold acts only as a technology platform
  • Once a buy or sell transaction is successfully completed, it is final and non-refundable
  • ExGold does not guarantee price, liquidity, or transaction outcomes

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Eligible refunds must be requested by contacting support
  • ExGold may verify transaction details before processing refunds
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only

5. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS

ExGold provides digital gold–based services only.
No physical goods are sold or delivered; therefore, return or exchange of products does not apply.

7. POLICY CHANGES

ExGold reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
