1. DIGITAL-ONLY SERVICES

ExGold currently offers digital gold–based services only, including SIP, buy, sell, and marketplace transactions.
No physical gold, jewellery, or tangible products are sold or delivered through the Platform.


2. RETURNS NOT APPLICABLE

As all services are digital in nature:

  • Return of goods is not applicable
  • Completed digital gold transactions cannot be returned
  • Marketplace (user-to-user) transactions are final and non-returnable

3. EXCEPTIONS

Returns are not supported under any circumstances.
However, users may refer to the Refund Policy for cases involving failed or incomplete transactions.


4. POLICY UPDATES

ExGold reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
